Service descriptions, pricing, and feature availability on this site are indicative and subject to change. Features marked “Coming Soon” are not currently available and no commitment is made as to when, or whether, they will become available.

Our AI chat assistant is provided to help answer general questions and is not a substitute for a formal quote or advice. Responses should not be relied upon as a binding offer, price commitment, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website or its AI assistant, including by attempting to disrupt the service, submit unlawful content, or extract information the service is not intended to provide.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevateOS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
